For more than 20 years, Christina Ratatori has maintained a special interest in the field of education. Christina was fortunate to work for Boston College in the Boston Public Schools. She has presented at the annual ASCD National Conference and the Turnaround Arts National Summer Training. 

Christina has been awarded grants for her innovative work in Boston and Milwaukee, and her resume includes teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses. 

Her leadership roles include arts center education director, national school improvement initiative implementation coordinator and school district director of arts. Christina was the director of arts programming for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington before taking on the role as NTCA’s education manager. 

Christina graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, with a master’s from Lesley University.
