Position: Full Time, relocation not required but expectation is about 30% on site.
Responsibilities: General Manager of LICT Corporation’s New Mexico operations responsible for day-to-day direction of the companies RLEC and CLEC activities, including operations, administrative, human resources, marketing, construction, accounting, reporting and regulatory compliance. There will be special emphasis on the operations’ current extensive capital expenditure program, including Grant compliance, and managing the operations’ construction projects cash flow. In addition, the operations’ marketing expertise needs to be significantly upgraded.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer of LICT Corporation
Compensation
Annual Salary: $230,000
Bonus Potential: 50% of Annual Salary
401(k): 7% of Salary and Bonus
