On May 29, 2020, NTCA submitted reply comments in response to parties commenting on the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking adopted by the Federal Communications Commission in the proceeding implementing the TRACED Act. NTCA noted that the record supports an implementation deadline of no earlier than June 2023 for rural carriers.
