WTA-Advocates for Rural Broadband (“WTA”), NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (“NTCA”), and the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc (“NECA”) (collectively, “Rural Associations”), submitted a Reply to Oppositions to the Rural Associations’ Petition for Reconsideration and/or Clarification filed in the In the Matter of Modernizing the E-rate Program for Schools and Libraries, FCC 14-189, Second Report and Order and Order on Reconsideration, WC Docket No. 13-184 (rel. Dec. 19, 2014) (“Second Report and Order”) on March 6, 2015. The Rural Associations’ Petition sought reconsideration of certain aspects of the E-rate Modernization Second Report and Order released by the Commission.
