(Apr 26) In a meeting with the USForward Group, NTCA discussed findings in the USForward Report and the state of the Universal Service Fund. The discussions included support for expanding the current revenues-based system to include broadband internet access service (“BIAS”) revenues in the contribution base and the support of the FCC to reform the contribution methodology by including BIAS revenues.
