(Mar. 24) In a meeting with the FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel, NTCA CEO Shirley Bloomfield discussed the need for rigorous review of long-form RDOF applications, as well as actions to promote stability for rural broadband providers including suspension of the Budget Control Mechanism in light of pandemic-related cash flow disruptions, Universal Service Fund contributions, and small business for the Emergency Broadband Benefits program.
