Jennifer Moore is responsible for operational management of the program’s activities at the corporate level. Prior to joining NTCA in September 2017, she served as the chief operating officer for a third-party benefits administrator. Jennifer is a native North Carolinian and has worked in the healthcare benefits industry for more than 20 years. She is a licensed North Carolina Life & Health Insurance agent and served on the Western North Carolina Association of Health Underwriters board for more than 10 years. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business management from Appalachian State University. Her professional positions have always aligned with her desire to provide clients with exemplary customer service.
