(May 13) In a filing with the FCC, NTCA reiterated its concerns that proposed obligations to collect and report information during an emergency situation, and on an ongoing basis, impose tremendous costs and burdens on small providers. The association also urged the commission to consider lesser regulatory burdens for small providers as a part of any new reporting requirements.
