Making Hotel Reservations

The NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association housing bureau, SPARGO, handles all hotel reservations for the NTCA 2024 Fall Conference. Reservations will be accepted online or by phone. Make reservations within the NTCA block to keep future registration fees affordable.     

RESERVE A ROOM

Read carefully:  

We ask that you only make reservations for rooms needed. Rooms must have a name and dates assigned within seven days of creating your block. History shows that NTCA has blocked enough rooms to hold all attendees within the hotel, so if you only make reservations for the actual rooms needed, NTCA should not need to add additional hotels.     

After the cutoff date of August 16 members are responsible for their entire reservation(s) and all reservations are final. Any cancellations, including reductions in stay, may be charged in full directly by the hotel if NTCA is in an attrition situation. An attrition situation exists when NTCA owes the hotel for any unused rooms below the contracted amount. This policy has been established to cover NTCA from possible attrition costs. NTCA’s policy overrides any hotel policies concerning the cancellation of rooms.

Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims  

There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NTCA and offer a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available.
