This new bi-monthly feature will highlight NTCA’s member relations managers, their members and what is going on in their territory.
To kick off this new series focusing on how NTCA’s member relations team serves our members, we’d like to introduce Vice President of Member Relations Melanie Jore. Melanie became the vice president of member relations in 2020 and serves members in her home state of Minnesota. She joined NTCA in 2011 as a member relations manager responsible for members in Iowa and Wisconsin, later adding Minnesota to her territory. In her role, Melanie consults with members to assess their workplace benefit objectives and options, presents educational and informational sessions to employees, boards and management teams, and serves as the liaison between members and NTCA staff. Prior to NTCA, Melanie worked at a Minnesota telephone cooperative as the human resources manager, customer service manager and director of business operations.
