(Nov 14) In comments filed with CISA, NTCA urged CISA to clearly identify and collect only the core information necessary to achieve CIRCIA’s objective. NTCA also stressed the importance of allowing small providers additional time to report covered incidents to account for the need for small providers’ limited staff to concentrate on restoring or maintaining their core operations.
