Operator

Plateau is now accepting applications for a full-time Operator for our Clovis, NM headquarters location. 

Primary responsibilities for this position include assisting customers with placing calls, providing national and local directory assistance, performing inbound and outbound contracted call services, and completing monthly surveys. The ideal candidate will have a clear speaking voice and will be able to type at least 30 words per minute. Previous telephone-based customer service experience preferred. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is helpful. 

The normal two-week schedule for this position will be as follows. However, flexibility to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
