On March 3, 2015, NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association (NTCA), WTA-Advocates for Rural Broadband (WTA), the Rural Independent Competitive Alliance (RICA), and the Rural Broadband Alliance (RBA) filed a letter with the Federal Communications Commission to express their interest in ensuring that proper account is taken on the record of the above-referenced proceedings of the impact, if any, on the transition to a new Local Number Portability Administrator (LNPA) on small and rural communications companies.
