Registration and Conference Savings
*Individual registration
Individual pricing provides members with a single registration for RTIME Online. Each person who registers will receive a login link to RTIME Online that allows them to access the conference from their location of choice.
**Team rate for seven
The team reduced rate allows for a company to have a lower cost per registration when seven to 14 individuals register for RTIME ONLINE at the same time. Each registrant will receive a unique login to RITME Online. Registrants also have the option to view the sessions individually from their location of choice or a as group using one of the individual links provided.
***Team rate for 15
When you anticipate 15 or more individuals from the same company will attend, pay one flat fee, and you will be contacted by NTCA’s member services team approximately four weeks before the event to provide names and email addresses for each attendee. Each registrant will receive a unique login to RTIME ONLINE. Registrants also have the option to view the sessions individually from their location of choice or as a group using one of the individual links provided.
Registration Information
All conference attendees must register in order to attend virtual conference events. Registered attendees will be sent an email with log in information to participate in the events two to three days before the event.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Credits
By attending the RTIME Online conference, individuals can earn four credits for the NTCA certificate program for course codes P101, T101, T109, B107.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by close of business on February 5, 2021 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between February 6 and close of business on February 19, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on February 20, and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
