When you purchase the Best Value Package, you get access to all of the conference sessions on the Live Learning Center so you can share them with your team.
Registration
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
What's included?
*The conference fee includes admittance to general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, breakfasts, breaks, and receptions. Additional charges apply for the tours and special events hosted by the Foundation for Rural Service and NTCA Rural Broadband PAC/RTAF.
Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy
All cancellations and changes must be in writing and emailed to [email protected].
Conference Cancellation
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by close of business on July 26, 2019. Cancellations received between July 27, 2019 and August 23, 2019, will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations and no-shows after August 23, 2019 will be charged in full. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the meeting.
Special Events and Tours Cancellations
Register for special events and tours when you register for the meeting. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by close of business on July 26, 2019. Cancellations received after July 26, 2019 and no-shows will be charged in full. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the meeting.
