Chief Customer Experience Officer, Palmetto Rural Telephone
Joel Braun is the Chief Customer Experience Officer for Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative. Prior to joining PRTC, Joel held various leadership roles for Hargray Communications, starting in 2013. Among these roles were General Manager of Residential Sales & Operations and Director of Commercial Sales. Joel also spent 14 years in the wireless (cellular) industry, in a variety of disciplines, including Finance, Marketing, & Sales. Outside of the telecom industry, Joel led national sales efforts in the steel business and in the small business sector for Dun & Bradstreet.
Joel is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Cleveland State University.
