Destination Experience Manager, Conventions, Visit Indy
Kathleen Headington joined the Visit Indy team in 2021 after working as an events manager for a local nonprofit organization in Indianapolis. In her role on the destination experience team, she works with groups of all sizes as they plan conventions and events in and around the city of Indianapolis. She also serves on the board of directors for Meeting Professionals International – Indiana Chapter as the vice president of education, helping plan educational opportunities for meeting professionals throughout the state of Indiana. Kathleen is an active volunteer, mom of three, coffee-lover and college basketball fan.
